"No kitchen little breakfast "

"This was a wonderful evening spent at the Ellsworth. Super clean, exceptional staff, and beautifully appointed rooms. Williams has a lot of hotels, this is the only one we recommend. We played pool, the hostess made chocolate covered strawberries while we watched, and the draft API was very good. Best hotel in Williams. Hands down."

"This is our 2nd time staying here in the past 2 months. We love the location and being within walking distance of all shops, restaurants & bars. "

"Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. When I rang the bell, the gal quickly came and greeted me with just “what do you need”. The check in process overall was quick. That night, was a nightmare. The people upstairs were running between 3 rooms, stomping and jumping. It was extremely loud. We went to the front desk and asked if we could change rooms but they were booked. the guy up front didn’t do anything and we told him if they don’t stop by 9pm, we would be coming back to the front desk At 915pm, they were still making a LOT of noise. I went back to the front desk and made another complaint. At that point, he just stared at me and just said there’s nothing he could do. He never once went to ask the other guests if they could reduce the noise or stop their kids from running, stomping and jumping. We ended up checking out the next morning and booked another room at another hotel. Although we liked the location and the room itself, We will never stay at this location again as the staff was not helpful at all. Only the gentlemen that was there the next morning was helpful."

"The place was terrific. The only 'less than ideal things' I can note are that the street noise and trains were a challenge to sleeping ( bring ear plugs) and the kitchen did not have cold drinks and snacks available as the write up indicated. That not withstanding, the location and appointment of the rooms was phenomenal. We wanted for nothing and loved the experience of spending two nights in The Best Gals room overlooking the main drag. "

"Property was nice very much under renovation at the time of our stay. Few complaints found an old wash cloth under the vanity in the bathroom the lamp shade was falling apart and was held together with staples and tape we rented a room with 3 beds that had 2 rooms separated by a door great for families unfortunately the extra room had zero ability for climate control no AC no heater so the room was freezing at night. Overall I’d still say it’s a decent place to stay not the worst not the greatest "
