Everyone was friendly and our room and beds were nice. The breakfast was just toast and cereal, so that was disappointing, but overall we had a comfortable stay.
Room was dilapidated, shower didn’t drain well. Black hand prints on white walls. Felt grimey. Bed was sunk in, hurt our back. Ripped carpet. Great location though! We loved William’s!

Clean room, older. Parking was fine. Breakfast was a joke!! Cereal and white bread. Sheets were a bit scratchy. The price was way to high for what you get! It's expect to pay 65 for a room like that but they wanted $145, I went thru Expedia and luckily got it for $110. I've stayed at cheaper places and feel like it was better than this place.
Breakfast was toast and cerial juice and coffee. House keeping didn't make up beds. Room was dirty, crumbs on dresser carpt looked clean, under beds had a lot of things. and had to ask for towels, soap and lotion. Pool and hot tub were cool. Very disappointing. Felt very much overcharged for 3 people.
Just don't. There are much nicer places to stay in Williams. I did find the bed comfortable, but our bathroom needed a deep clean. Jacuzzi was closed. Pool appeared heated, but there was no net to clean out all the bugs and leaves, so we skipped swimming. Breakfast was super disappointing;.White bread, jelly, sugared cereal, juice, coffee. Some yogurt or fruit would have been nice. There was a nice outdoor dining patio. Location is super convenient. Parking is also good. Property is just overall run down.

Very little parking. Jacuzzi room will suffocate you with chemical steam. Couldn’t even go in. Clean and comfy room. Courteous staff. Works in a pinch.
Great location with a short walk to all of the shops/restaurants on Route 66. Felt very safe walking around that area too

It was a good location and the hotel wasn't bad. It was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. We wanted to go to the Jacuzzi, but it was not hot and when I asked about it at the front desk, he had no idea and said he would have to call maintenance, I told him nevermind. Overall it was fine.

Great location nothing fancy but great prices.
Room was clean and people are nice. Hot tub didn't get hot, i was bummed out about that but overall a good place to stay if you want to save on grand canyon trip or check out downtown Williams.
This place looked a bit rough from the outside, but the rooms were really nice. In a great location too.

The room was decent, bathroom soap container was falling off the wall. The TV's in both insuite rooms were not working. I asked the front clerk for assistance, she said somebody was going to come to the room to take a look at them but nobody showed up.
The location is great but i wouldn't stay there again.

Let me start out with the positives:
This hotel is in a great spot next to restaurants and walking distance to the train depot for those looking for a cheaper stay than at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. The room we had was extended, allowing all 7 of us to stay together in one room which was perfect! I was very thankful for that! Staff was kind.
Now to the negatives:
The room was in severe need of updating and safety checks. Outlet covers were missing, door lock did not work properly, appliances/tv plugs were sketchy, windows single pane meaning the heat was on quite a lot making people sleeping closer to the heater on the other side of the room were sweltering. We also found items under the beds from previous patrons which was kind of unnerving. What else isn’t being checked, you know?
Property only accepts cash. Room needs some serious cleaning. Breakfast consists of dry cereal and toast. Location is great! Good bed and lots of room. Everything worked.
