"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen.Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt an einem Feld gelegen und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der Nationalpark Müritz, das war sehr schön. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde. Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sitzt man mit seinen Beinen direkt in der Dusche und die Duschtür hat nicht die richtigen Maße und lässt sich dadurch nicht auf Anhieb schließen. 2 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht für die zu kleinen Stellplätze auf dem Hof sind...

"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels,...
