Estadia incrível, ambiente maravilhoso!

Eu e meu esposo fomos à passeio e a pousada é surpreendentemente melhor do que nas fotos. Tudo muito novo, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Outro ponto positivo é que fica bem próximo à principal rua da cidade, então dá pra fazer bastante coisa a pé. Indicamos e esperamos voltar em breve! <3

Bom custo benefício

Atendimento do staff impecável, estacionamento e café da manhã gratuito, cama grande e confortável. O quarto em si é pequeno, falta espaço até pra deixar as malas. Blackout da janela deixa vazar luz pra dentro do quarto e a avenida movimentada ao lado do hotel gera um pouco de barulho, mas nada demais. Preço justo, recomendo.

Hotel bom e cama ruim

O hotel é bem bonito e limpo, café da manhã bom e com bastante opção, ótima localização, bem no centro, dá para ir a vários lugares a pé, o estacionamento é pessimo, extremamente íngrime, apertado e com poucas vagas, mas esse ponto não nos importou muito já que andamos a pé e de Uber, mas quem for andar muito de carro tem que levar isso em consideração, mas uma coisa que deixou a experiência bem frustrante foi a cama de casal, é como se fosse duas camas de solteiro encostadas, com um colchonete costurado em cima, tem um vão desconfortável no meio e um lado tava bem fundo, tipo quando o colchão fica velho e com pouca espuma, dormimos mal todas as noites, quando solicitado a troca o moço da recepção nos informou que todos os colchões eram assim, achei estranho, de forma geral é um hotel bom com camas ruins.

Vale pelo custo benefício. Bom estacionamento, cama ok, chuveiro excelente. Eu esperava um pouco mais de luxo pelas fotos, mas pelo preço valeu. O único ponto negativo é o café da manhã. Já fiquei em torno de 10 hotéis de Gramado, alguns melhores e outros mais simples, mas de todos esse foi o café da manhã mais sem graça. Nada que comi foi ótimo, apenas ok.
