O hotel é bem velho. Tinham formiguinhas por todo o quarto. A cortina estava estragada, não corria direito pelo trilho. Não tem TV a cabo e o café é normal. Nada que chame a atenção. Fica longe do centro.

Hotel me surpreendeu. Tem camas king excelentes,quarto espaçoso,banheiro grande limpissimo. Tem limpeza todos os dias camareira Elisandra e Dionice.A gentileza dos funcionários deixou minha estadia maravilhosa. Aprendi que um bom atendimento é tudo.O Antônio Dias da recepção faz de tudo para agradar. .Fui em janeiro 2026 com filho de 2 anos, Antonio me ajudou com um berco e ate banheira de plástico para dar banho.Posso ainda citar da recepcao Adriano, Arselino e Caio que consegue cafe coado a qualquer hora. O lobby do hotel é muito agradável com decoração de natal. Informações importantes: tem ferro de passar no 1°andar pode usar a qualquer hora. Tem micro-ondas e chaleira na cozinha do hotel( pode usar ate na madrugada). Tem secador de cabelo no quarto. Pode deixar malas na recepcao se precisar.Tem salao de jogos para criancas maiores e brinquedoteca bem equipada para os pequenos. Tem piscina aquecida de verdade com duas jacuzzi na area fechada que fica bem quentinho. Tem um gramado grande ao lado do hotel para criancas correrem e um parquinho com balanço, escorrega, casinha. Alem area para trilha ao lado do hotel. O cafe da manha é otimo(os funcionários Marcos e Rafael com rapidez e presteza no cafe)varios bolos, ate pudim, granola, iogurte,pao de queijo, salgadinhos, ovo, salsicha, sucos da fruta mesmo, frutas variadas, frios, geleias, wafer. Hotel fica na rua principal entre gramado e Canela. Era R$10 p/ rua coberta eR$18Canela uber. A pé p/rua coberta 30min. Carro5min

Quarto limpo, antigo, frigobar antigo, banheiro antigo, cama ótima, café da manhã excelente. A camareira trocou a chave do quarto e não estava abrindo a porta nem acionando a energia. Rigorosos no horário do café da manhã, Sr Marcos sempre lembra o horário de encerramento, nada simpático. Alexandre uma simpatia. Estacionamento concorrido.
