Fomos em 4 , eu minha esposa e meus 2 filhos adolescentes, e ficamos 4 dias hospedados . Pousada excelente para família , estrutura muito boa , o quarto era aconchegante , com ar condicionado no quente e frio , funcionando perfeitamente, uma ótima ducha , boas roupas de cama e banho , bem limpas , a limpeza nota 9 , desde os quartos até as outras acomodações da pousada , excelente café da manhã , muitas opções, era até difícil escolher o que comer . Durante o dia ficava disponível café , chá , chocolate quente, bolos, bolachas na recepção para quem quisesse, o atendimento de todos nota 10 , muito atenciosos , com toda certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar nesta pousada e super indico ela . Tem piscina aquecida , tem salas de jogos , tem espaço kids , tem parquinho pra criança, e tem um espaço para as mãe que querem cozinhar para seus bebês . O único ponto negativo, é a acústica . Tirando isso , a pousada é excelente

Hotel muito novo, atendimento excepcional, limpeza de quarto impecável, banheiro novo e espaçoso, café da manhã delicioso,ótima infraestrutura, piscina maravilhosa, ambiente aconchegante, funcionários prestativos e sempre sorridentes. Nunca fomos tão bem atendidos e mimados em um hotel. Como ponto a melhorar, apenas o colchão de mola tinha pouca camada de espuma, e dava pra sentir as molas quando sentava nele, mas depois que deitava ficava bom. De resto, tudo maravilhosamente impecável. Certamente vou voltar.

Foi a segunda vez que ficamos no Fioreze Quero Quero e, sempre que voltarmos a Gramado, ficaremos novamente! O atendimento é excelente! Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos e nos fazem sentir em casa. As suítes são confortáveis, limpas e arejadas. As camareiras são detalhistas com a limpeza e a arrumação diária. O café da manhã é rico e variado, com diversas opções. Também atenderam àsminhas restrições alimentares, apesar de eu não ter solicitado com a antecedência devida. Na recepção, sempre há chá, café, água e biscoitos à disposição dos hóspedes. A área de lazer e a piscina climatizada estão sempre funcionando nos horários determinados e à disposição. Tudo muito organizado! Foi aniversário do meu marido e os funcionários do hotel fizeram uma pequena surpresa que foi super agradável e uma graça! Também tive ajuda do Bruno e da Adline, da recepção, para compra de um bolo para surpreendê-lo. E à noite, Tiago, Matheus e Charles cantaram parabéns comigo em homenagem ao aniversariante! Muito bonitinhos! Fiquei muito grata e meu marido ficou feliz! Só tenho elogios ao hotel e aos funcionários! Muito obrigada!
