Maravilhoso o hotel, super bem cuidado, cheiroso e impecável na limpeza. As camas e os travesseiros são megas confortáveis, ficamos só eu e meu filho e amamos!! Funcionários super prestativos e educados.Único ponto que não chega ser negativo, é no café da manhã não ter tanta opção de frutas. Meu filho gosta e come só fruta praticamente de café da manhã, mas não tinha tanta opção. Mas todo o resto, compensa esse detalhe. Enfim, nota 1000 super amamos e voltaremos!

Realmente o atendimento é ótimo. Hotel tem a construção nova. O café da manhã é bom, mas pra os exigentes demais acharam repetitivo. Só tem duas coisa a qual a gerência do hotel deveria reavaliar: havia uma porta entre dois quartos, estava trancada, mas estávamos ouvindo tudo o que o quarto vizinho fazia, desde tv, conversas e até uso do banheiro, péssimo isso. Outra coisa é a questão da área de entrada do hotel, a parte coberta, não te protege em quase nada durante a chuva, algo fácil se tivesse uma calha nas bordas. Tirando esses dois pontos ruins. É um hotel bom. Mas não escolheria novamente por conta da porta entre dois quartos.

A televisão não funcionava direito, a porta do elevador travou várias vezes na garagem, eu tive que chamar atenção pessoalmente de hóspedes não utilizando máscaras ao servir o café da manhã no buffet, a entrada e saída da garagem é péssima.

O hotel é bonitinho, mas falta muito em treinamento dos funcionários. Parece que querem ganhar em qualquer coisa . Pra estacionar o carro do lado de fora do hotel 20,00 , dentro 30,00. A televisão não funcionava e os empregados sempre dando desculpas que no próximo dia arrumariam. Enfim televisao e netflix não funcionam. Com certeza não volto

O hotel é novo, 2 anos . O quarto que ficamos a cama de casal era 2 camas unidas de solteiro, e colchão muito duro. No geral tudo certo… mas pra surpresa nossa, na hora do checkout tivemos de carregar nossas malas e sacolas até a recepção e depois carregar o carro, pois o funcionário disse que estava sozinho na recepção. Pela manhã muita falação das camareiras no corredor, discorrendo a insatisfação com a remuneração e a escala de trabalho. Elas sabem que tem hóspede ainda dormindo, ou descansado após o café. Falta treinamento aos funcionários, eles discutem na frente dos hóspedes. Lamento, mas espero que façam os ajustes necessários para que a estádia de todos seja mais harmônica.
