Hotel aconchegante , quarto agradável , café da manhã de muita qualidade . O que me impede de dar 5 estrelas é acessibilidade, para mim que viajei com bebê e carrinho a escadaria era um Problema , difícil acesso , ter que ficar fechando carrinho ou arrastar ele nas escadas. Tb não tem brinquedoteca e nem academia .

A ideia do hotel é fantástica! O café da manhã é incrível, os personagens interagem, o Theo é muito atencioso com as crianças. Os quartos são exatamente como nas fotos. Atentar apenas que é um hotel ainda com algumas partes a terminar, então ajuste as expectativas pra não se decepcionar com entulho no estacionamento e uma vista nada agradável se seu quarto não ficar de frente ao vale. Mas nada disso estraga a experiência linda, principalmente se vc vai com crianças. 2 fatos negativos apenas que eu apontaria. O pessoal da faxina estragou meu carregador =/ Parou de funcionar do dia pra noite, acho que empurraram o criado e não viram o plug conectado ali.. prejuízo de uns 180 reais.. mas nem reclamei lá pra não prejudicar os funcionários, não foi de propósito. Só lembrem de desconectar o carregador da tomada ao saírem do quarto. E o outro detalhe foi que só descobrimos o colchão extra embaixo da cama no dia do check out.. dormimos 5 noites apertados com a bebê na cama sem saber. Podia ter um aviso no quarto que além da cama dobrável tem um colchão embaixo da cama de casal. De qualquer forma, recomendo demais, e voltaria mil vezes!
