"Giving Sun Fun 5 stars! Not because it’s a perfect property, but because the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, it’s safe & clean, and the private beach is awesome!! Huge shout out to Marvin (our shuttle driver), the kind older gentleman who does maintenance, the sweet young guy in housekeeping and all the wonderful ladies at the front desk. "Staff were all extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. We arrived very early on the day of check-in and were offered a hospitality room to change and storage for our bags. Major issue was that the hallway ceiling was leaning on 5th floor where were staying. They had garbage cans lined up to collect the drips and the hallway smelled super musty the whole stay. Repair man was fixing on our last day and seemed to be removing the pieces of the ceiling and re-mudding. Restaurant was mediocre , complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Access to Atlantis was great."
