Whispering Woods Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful quiet resort in a great location, tucked away from the highway but still close to services. The unit was incredibly clean and well equipped with anything you might need. I appreciated the AC and fan in the room. The staff here went above and beyond during my stay, and everyone was very kind and friendly. I would stay here again if I returned to the area!"

"I did not appreciate that upon arriving one staff member greeted and checked in the family who clearly came in after us, without so much as even acknowledging that we were right there in front of her and already patiently waiting for 5 minutes before the other family even showed up. However, outside of that one rude person, the remainder of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful anytime we crossed paths. Our stay was brilliant and we plan on returning at some point. Small recommendation: Configure the AC units in the cabin bedrooms to remain on without the blue light being on. That light is really bright in the middle of the night when you take off all the other lights. Woke us up a couple of times."
