Hele goede service met een team dat deels uit Nepal komt. Goede hulp bij aankomen buiten inchecktijd, ondersteuning bij ziekte (een heerlijk vers bereid soepje) en hulp bij taxi regelen. "View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. However the privacy in the bathroom could be improved as it is fully glass walls and doors. "

"The location is only a 15-20 min train or bus ride into Innsbruck, but it is a charming mountain village. My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value. "
