Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel
"Great property, poorly managed. Many gaps in service around parking, problem resolution, restaurant hours. No phones in a hotel room is a great indicator of lack of service. Every issue brought to the hotels attention was brushed off as either, “this isn’t the US” or just total dismissal."
