Lo que no me gusto es que no pudimos pasar la primera noche ya que en las indicaciones decían que podíamos hacer check in hasta las 12 am y no fue verdad, además yo envié un correo para que me dejaran la llave y nunca recibí respuesta por lo que tuvimos que pagar una noche en otro Hotel por qué si no nos íbamos a quedar en la calle, además del transporte hacia el Aeropuerto

Nöjda Malmöbor

Tredje gången som vi bor på vandrarhemmet detta året. Har ingen bil men lätt att ta sig dit med spårvagn och buss från Göteborg C. Rent och fräscht. Rummen fina, och toppen att lakan och handukar ingår. Frukostbuffén fantastisk, trevlig personal, känner sig alltid välkommen! Är åretruntbadare så närheten till den fantastiska Delsjön är stort plus.

Hej, Mina kort slutade och fungera vilket resulterade i att jag inte kom in på mitt vandrarhem och fick ladda om kortet i er apparat, med personal i telefonen. Det fungerade inte heller och jag fick i spöregn göra om allt. Jag vill bli kompenserad för en natt. Om det inte går att dra bort kostander så kan ni skicka mig bekräftelse via mail på en fri natt. Fräscht och fint vandrarhem med väldigt bra service och trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt med ordning och reda. Stördes dock av andra gäster under natten samt tidig morgon under semestern.
