The hotel overall is quite dated. For example, there are no outlets or USB ports on one side of the bed, and the furnishings are also outdated. The hair dryer was clogged and had to be cleaned by us before we could use it. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. The location is good.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the reception were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel room looked beautiful and we really enjoyed the stay here. The breakfast buffet was nicely set up in an impressive looking room. The breakfast options were fresh and plentiful. The best hotel breakfast we have seen in a very long time! Big recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at Elite Plaza. There were three of us ladies annd we had our own rooms. Our rooms were the single bed and were perfect for us. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was fabulous. It did seem to get a little less with the service and foods as the days went on. It is in the perfect location. Close to the train and tram. Walked everywhere. Haga is very close by. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Staff was willing to answer all our questions!

A beautiful old building in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel was very comfortable, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Our room wasn't that big, and the shower was on the compact side, but for a two- night stay it was fine.

The hotel is stunning, it looks like it used to be a very fancy some type of residence a very long time ago. They were able to preserve the incredible craftsmanship and now guests can enjoy staying in these amazing rooms. Our air-airconditioning wasn't working so we had to switch rooms where there were also air conditioning issues, unfortunately we were there in August and it was pretty hot outside. Other then that we absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again ... ( just get in touch with the hotel prior to arrival to confirm that the air conditining is working)
