Beautiful house with large, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Close enough to downtown Goshen to walk and we found some great restaurants. Excellent area for cycling down long, well paved country roads. It was a special treat watching the horses at Goshen Historic Track right across the street from the house.

The Parkway House is a beautiful gem in Goshen NY! The owner Emilie was so gracious and welcoming to her guest. This spacious B&B is perfect for families, couples visiting Goshen, Legoland, Seasonal Festivals or just to spend a quiet weekend away. It’s 5 stars !!! Love this beautiful home !

The space was beautiful and thoughtfully designed which made our stay very comfortable and pleasurable. Rooms are even more elegant than in the photos. The hosts are warm and accommodating - a class act. Great location, easily walking distance to Main Street. Would stay again/recommend to others.

The B&B was even more stunning in person, and getting to watch the horses practice in the morning was amazing. We were 6 minutes away from Legoland which we took our kids to, and they loved it. When we arrived we got our key and went to our room, walked to a park and walked to a pizza place in town for dinner. Breakfast both days was amazing, the banana French toast was amazing. The owners David and Emily were supper friendly and helpful, where only a phone call away if we needed anything. The room size for 5 of us was perfect, my oldest got his side and the younger ones stayed with us. We will be staying here again. Thank you for an amazing place to stay with our boys.

Spacious 2 bedroom suites in a huge historic house that has been fully renovated and thoughtfully designed. Clean and well cared for property by a warm and welcoming host. Delicious homemade breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Very friendly owner and her friend. Everything was superb except they need to install a double lock on the main doors to the apartments. We had table against the main door in our room. Allthough, we felt safe but out of habit... Staying at various hotels .. we are used to double lock/latch at the top of the door. Will definitely book again
