직원들은 친절했으나 호텔 자체가 오픈한지 얼마되지 않아 연휴때 많은 투숙객을 맞이할 준비가 제대로 되어 있지 않았음. 수건 얼룩도 지워지지 않은 상태였고 체크인이 매우 느리게 진행되었음. 부대시설이 거의없음. 상대적으로 조식은 평균 이상임.
