"We had a great vacation. Room was nice, clean and the view was so good. Besides, Bongpo beach is just in front of this hotel, easy to get there. Rooftop pool was also nice experience. But the elevators are not enough, it was..like a war.....Need solution abiut this. Apart from that, it was great ..."

"Zero problems. I am on bike trip and checked in late without issue (although you may want to avoid doing so). Property was as shown in photos. Super comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. No bed bugs. Nice big window/skylight that lets a lot of light in."
