"Very clean and comfortable room, good standard and condition of furnishings. Great shower with quality Dove products provided. Staff were relaxed and friendly. Very good breakfast, lots of choice, (however I thought the coffee wasn't pleasant). Adequate parking (although it's charged at £8\24h)."

"I have always wanted to visit Seckford Hall, and I took a work trip as an opportunity. The staff were just so warm and friendly. The spa was wonderful And the atmosphere in the bar and the communal areas-just excellent. Many thanks to all the staff."

"The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel was a little bit old fashion but the room we stayed was in a section relatively new and clean. Overall the staff was polite and helpful except the lady we first met during the check-in. We asked for a quiet room as we have sent an request message via Expedia in advance but the lady said there was no any message received and all rooms were quite full already before check the computer. As we arrived before the check-in time we asked if we could leave the luggage in the reception, her first reply was "no" and then said only could do with small cases. For other questions she just simply replied "maybe", "don't know" or "I can't tell you"."

"The front desk staff and staff at breakfast were polite, friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. My room including large screen TV was very clean and spacious. It was an excellent stay. Thank you."

"Doors need seeing to. Fire doors, bedroom doors need to have a slow closing fitted to them constant banging doors throughout our stay. Rooms could do with some update they are clean but outdated and paint peeling away."
