"Room had sand all over the floor, hair in the shower, the toilet seat was broken, and water leaked in from the rain by the door. When I mentioned it calmly to the front desk all they said was "oh thanks for letting us know" "

"Property is older although in good condition. Rooms were excellent."

"It's a pretty old property and very dated rooms. The room was really dark too - definitely needed more lighting. The carpet was filthy. Walked around in my bare feet and they ended up black."

"Entering the hotel you’d think it were clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and we had to wait for someone to come check us in for about 15 minutes no sign was left telling us someone would be back just no one there. I have really bad allergies and my skin broke out instantly when I laid in the bed like the sheets weren’t clean. One of the staff members was really nice the others seemed upset that we wanted to check out early due to us not being comfortable and needing a wheelchair accessible room."

"Our first room had mold. Got to the second room and there was a towel and blood in the sink. We had to bring our dirty towels down just to get new towels (very time consuming if you’re in a rush). It is the hotel had better up keeping I’m sure it would not be in the condition it’s in currently, because it’s actually nice."

"This was our second hotel and they exceeded our expectations! Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable! It was also wheelchair accessible and close to the convention center and beach! 10/10"
