"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to...

"The bathing area not enough to turn our body also its just like small box. Can’t adjust the shower head also. Rooms are not bigger as presented on these photos. I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "
