"I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem. The hotel was very well kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my visit. "The room on the second floor was very loud (it opens to the lobby). I could hear people talking and machines beeping late at night and early in the morning. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was lovely. "

"Don't be fooled by the term suite. I reserved a sweet with multiple beds and a sofa bed and all it was was a standard room with two queen beds and a sofa. Dirty linens and a stained pillow were in the closet. The towels in the bathroom were done properly which otherwise I would have been concerned sleeping in the beds. To get bedding for the sofa I was required to go downstairs to get it since there were no housekeeping staff in the hotel after 5:00 p.m."
