"Firstly, the staff are lovely and the building is a lovely looking building. No complaints there, nice and clean. But, it has a big problem. The hotel sits right on the train line heading into Düsseldorf. The passenger trains are fine, but the freight trains are the loudest thing on earth, and they pass right by the window, which you must have open, because there is no Air-conditioning. And they pass at whatever time of night they want. So 11pm, midnight, 3am 5am. Yes all of those, I did not...

"This is a budget hotel that sits amidst an 'industrial' landscape. The room decor was tired and the bed was very squeaky. It was as gloomy as it can be on a November day. But, it was convenient for the U-bahn to Dusseldorf, so it was a cheap option for visiting Messe in Dusseldorf."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, z.T. mit schönen alten restaurierten Möbeln, das Badezimmer war grosszügig, es gab einen schönen Ausblick auf den Park. Die Matraze des Bettes war hart und die Kopfkissen etwas sperrig. Enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Auf der einen Seite gab es frische Minze zum Tee und sehr guten Kaffee, auf der anderen Seite wirklich banale Brotauflagen (Schinlen, Wurst, Käse). Zum Rührei gab es nur Speck oder an einem anderen Tag Wurstbrät."
