"room is clean, location is wonderful. The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. There are two of us, staying for two nights, i normally don’t request room service for two nights."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."

"Upon check in I was completely miffed. Reception informed me I had not selected an air conditioned room but if I wanted one I could pay 20euros more a night. I declined this extortion and let them know that I had never been given a choice on the Hotels.com platform. Given that temps were in the 90s and then 100 I had booked the hotel thinking it was a step up from the cheaper Ibis Budget Hotel in Vigies that I had stayed in during the prior canicule and for almost half the price I had blissful central air. The fan in the room did nothing and I was constantly taking cold showers in the night to ward off heat stroke. The hotel advertised sauna facilities and in essence my room was a glorified dry sauna. Fortunately they provide access to a Culligan water unit so I was religiously filling up carafes on the basement level and taking the elevator to my room in a desperate attempt to stay hydrated. On a good note after three days I checked out and went to a cheaper hotel in the city that had air conditioning. The staff contacted me after I departed to let me know I had left a credit card in the room so even though I have no idea how that happened I appreciate that they reached out. I was in such a daze from the heat in the room that anything is possible. I’m really thankful I was able to survive especially given my preexisting heart condition. Once I checked into the new hotel I took a cold shower and slept in the air confirmed room. I was finally out of the damn sauna"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited. The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes. There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door. The only slight downsides.... Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours. There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located. You have to clean the kitchen and take trash out when leaving. Although, given the room rate being so good we didn't mind this. The room is not serviced during stay. There are no towels, soap etc in the pool area so need to take down from the room."
