Uncomfortable during the summer. The Staff was really amazing, but the quality of the accommodation is not upto the mark. The rooms have no furniture and the bathroom is like an airplane cabin. Reasonable for the sky, unreasonable here on the ground. Because of the location in the industrial area, There was a truck parked outside my room which kept its engine on (possibly to have ac in the cabin) , filling the poorly ventilated hotel room in 32°c heat with fumes. When I complained, the nice receptionist asked the truck to be shut down. Soon after, they started playing music, this continued way past midnight. Shutting the window was also no option. Maybe an unfair comparison, but in Germany this would be a police matter that gets resolved in 5 minutes. But here, the whole night was ruined.

Expérience mitigée à la réception

J’ai séjourné récemment dans cet hôtel avec des amis, et malheureusement l’accueil de l’après-midi a laissé une très mauvaise impression. Le réceptionniste avait une attitude hautaine, presque comme si nous étions chez lui plutôt que dans un établissement accueillant des clients. La chambre n’était pas prête à 17h00, bien après l’heure de check-in officielle, et nous avons dû attendre à sa convenance pour obtenir une autre chambre — sans aucune considération ni amabilité. Ce comportement contraste fortement avec celui du jeune homme qui assurait la réception le matin : professionnel, poli, et clair dans ses explications, notamment sur l’heure de check-in à 14h00, alors que nous étions arrivés à midi. À notre retour dans l’après-midi, c’était comme si l’ambiance avait changé du tout au tout. On se serait cru dans une propriété privée où l’hôte pensait nous héberger gracieusement et attendait de nous une soumission à ses ordres. Ce n’est pas l’idée que l’on se fait de l’hôtellerie ni du service client. Dommage que ce manque de professionnalisme ait terni notre séjour.

Sehr , sehr, sehr dreckig, überall. Toilette inen und außen, eklig. Das ganze Badezimmer und das Zimmer sehr dreckig. Ich habe mich bei dem Mann an der Rezeption beschwert,er hat mir zwei anderen Zimmer angeboten,die genau so eklig waren. Und dann hat er nur die Schulter hochgezogen.

Chambre rénovée mais salle de bain pas du tout, dans son jus des années 80 et pas très propre avec un rideau de douche qui colle au dos Le petit-déjeuner était très basique: pain beurre confiture pas de pâte à tartiner, pas de viennoiseries, ni de salé, pas très varié et pas toujours réapprovisionné. Je m’attendais à un peu mieux. Très bruyant, on entendait les voisins et bcp de trafic ferroviaire

Franchement on a réservé à un prix excessif sur Expedia alors que sur place c'était au moins 50 € moins cher ensuite l'état de la chambre était à désirer. Le personnel était quand même sérieux et professionnel. Mais payer aussi cher à tarif marché de Noël de Strasbourg en étant aussi loin du marché de Strasbourg et être surtaxé au niveau des prix alors que c'était juste une transition direction d'Allemagne c'est difficile à accepter. Écart prix payé en ligne sur Expedia et prix sur place. J'attends encore des explications merc. Cordialement !

Hotel room is dusty & dirty especially the tiny toilet you cannot even move. We have to clean it by ourselves before we used it and the shower drainage was clogged up. We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and they didn't clean our room even a single day we stayed there. Only good for an over night stay! I am Not recommending this hostel to anyone.💯
