"I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I generally really love this hotel. The pool is fantastic for little ones and the location is fantastic. However, the last time we stayed I was so disappointed in how dirty the common areas were. I am hoping this was a temporary staffing issue as the floors in the hallways were visibily soiled with lots of dirt and debris small scraps of garbage all over. The pool area was also super dirty, lots of small pieces of garbage all over the pool deck and large gobs of hair and lint floating in the big pool. The table area by the pool was also filthy. Garbage and crumbs everywhere and dirty couches. Our room was very clean though, so that was great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel pending they get it up par again from a cleanliness standpoint."

"We stayed 4 nights at this Ramada and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, parking was great, and our room was comfortable. It apparently had been recently remodeled and was in good condition. The location of this hotel served us well as it was centrally located to all the concerts and shows we attended. Everything was within 15-30 minutes."
