"A very clean and modern hotel. Victoria and Krassimir from the front desk were so friendly and welcoming as well as the dining hostess’ and housekeeping. Our room was impeccably clean all thanks to the wonderful housekeeper. Last but not least the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious!! Compliments to the chef and the wonderful hostess’s in the dining hall. They were so nice and friendly! Everyone should be commended for great customer service. "

"I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out "

"This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. "hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije"
