"We love staying at this hotel and we stay multiple times a year. But this is the second time that the bartender was absolutely rude to us. Two different guy bartenders that treated us as we were a bother. First time this happened the bartender had a full bar and said he was closing early because he was tired. And he wouldn’t make my drink the way I wanted it because Irish cream would ruin his way of making MY drink!!! And last weekend the other bartender ignored us for over 5 minutes and then said we are closing in 20 minutes. I said I know, I called the front desk to ask when the kitchen closed. He processed to be rude and ignore us as he talked to other customers that he just meet. Never checked back after food was dropped and I had to get up to grab the ketchup holder. Am in the business and I understand when you just want to close. We got there 30 minutes before the kitchen closing and we were ready to order right away. Just sad because I love that hotel!!"
