"This is a fantastic hotel which I highly recommend. The reception staff speak English and there are always staff you can call on anytime needed. The room was clean, comfortable had air conditioning, great bathroom en-suite. We had a welcome basket, water, crisps, snacks and juice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a choice of Indian or toast and cereals. Juice and chai or coffee. The hotel is in the old town so the last few streets are traffic free. If you call them they will come and meet you to help with your bags. We left for a 2am train and they carried our bags to the main road, spoke to the tuc tuk driver and agreed the price and we got to the train station totally stress free and safely. The location is great for the Ghats and any activity you’d like to do while in town."
