"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive. His warm and willing attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived."

"It’s an old palace which they are trying to maintain. The best part is the location, on the banks of the holy Ganges. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the steps to walk down to the river as it was all under water. The room was small and was not worth the price. But the people and the services rendered were amazing. Food was good and nothing special. What makes it worth is the services of the staff."

"I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Akash was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met during my travels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was from the beginning I had a very early flight, and they went out of their way to pick me up when i arrived as i was lost lol and dropped me off in the middle of the night with no prior notice so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Which meant really so much to me they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind surprise. The room was perfect big, clean, comfortable, with nice hot water and the WiFi worked perfectly! Everything about my stay here was amazing i really appreciated how much they helped me as a solo traveler with anything i needed. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt looked after. It honestly felt like family. Thank you so much to Akash and the whole team for making my stay in Varanasi such a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. You really can’t ask for better hospitality."

"Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India."

"I stayed at Ekam Kashi for three days and had a great experience. Archana at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen, Jathragani, served excellent food, especially the dinner thali. The restaurant staff, Neha, Lucky, and Akash, were warm and made us feel like family. The location is a big plus."

"I recently stayed here, and it was honestly such a lovely experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Dashashwamedh Ghat, which made everything so convenient. The place is very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, especially considering the nominal price. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of Ajit Yadav, who took care of everything and made us feel completely at home. We genuinely loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Varanasi, it’s truly a hidden gem."
