Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. They were not very keen in helping with the invoicing procedure, I wanted to get the difference in rate refunded and while I had to contact Expedia (who were very helpful) our presence was just ignored in the reception without even a glass of water.
The receptionist from the sister hotel wouldn't wait for us, she was very rude over the phone with her colleague and left leaving the key in a locker.
Having to deal with this after a full day tiring trip was not really what we expected.
Of course, overbookings can happen in every hotel, that is not the point, the point was the customer service this property provided and the friendliness which just did not exist."

It is located within walking distance of the railway station and the bus station. The bus station operates an hourly airport transfer bus to Porto International for 9 euros (one way).
This hotel provides great base to explore Braga’s historical sites and many good restaurants.
We were greeted upon arrival by smart professional staff who made us feel welcome and were happy to help us plan our site seeing trips.
Our standard room was clean and spacious, we were at the side of the hotel so there was not a lot of natural light or street views, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a bath and shower over bath.
We did not dine at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
We would recommend this hotel for a short stay in the beautiful City of Braga."
