"I booked two rooms. First room was a disgrace: broken lights, water pooling on the floor beside the bed and aircon not working. Second room was ok but was an upgrade after complaining.

Over all I give the Dewarna 1 Star only:
- limited English and communication
- limited and basic menu
- breakfast consisted of chicken, rice and noodles that were served cold. Staff take dishes away while you are still eating
