"It was fine. I was only there for one night. I like the fact that check-out is at 12 pm. That gave us time to relax a little and enjoy breakfast without having to feel so rushed."

"A great place to stay in downtown DC, easy to find and they have their own underground parking. This is an older property, but it’s in great shape. You can tell they keep on top of maintenance items and don’t let things get scruffy looking. I’ll book here again the next time I need to stay overnight in DC."

Mr. Ferdows was not only professional and attentive, but also warm, understanding, personable, and sincere. You could immediately tell he truly cared about making our anniversary memorable rather than simply processing another hotel check-in. One of the most impressive moments of our stay was the personalized room upgrade Mr. Ferdows arranged for our anniversary celebration. That gesture alone showed tremendous thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After checking in, he personally escorted us to our room, which added a level of class, professionalism, and personal connection that is extremely rare today. During the walk to the room, he took the time to explain the hotel's amenities, dining options, and features throughout the property, making us feel completely comfortable. We will be back! "I wasn’t aware that Expedia bookings were treated as “2nd Class Guest”! And do to ‘overbooking’ at this hotel our first nights booking was occupied , by a non-Expedia booking, hence we were routed to another hotel for one night for our two night stay. Causing us an unexpected inconvenience. Other than that the staff & hotel was great. "
