"The staff were really lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. Rooms were clean, beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Good selection at breakfast The spa isn't included in the stay and also needs a reservation beforehand. Dinner and breakfast also need a reservation"

"Very clean property. Hotel looks a bit tired and maybe could do with a makeover. Food very expensive for what you receive. We stayed in the lodge while it was very clean the shower was not fit for purpose, no pressure and if you are over 5foot8 impossible to get under shower head. The lodge rooms are very close together while it is not the property itself fault the doors banging shut in the lodge building was extremely loud. This was going on most of night and early mornings. We also had an incident where someone managed to get a key to our room and walk in while we were there. Very strange. "

"This was the most expensive hotel on our entire trip. Although the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and decent and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, it was very overpriced. There is also a paid parking lot nearby. Be aware that although free overnight, they will ticket after 8am. "
