Second Trip to this hotel. Parking good staff friendly. Tasty breakfast and comfortable room. Pillows a bit firm.. evening meal nice and tasty too. Overall good stay.
Great experience staff were very friendly and helpful
Loved the breakfasts cooked by Chef John .
Dinning service by Emma was superb .
I’ll definitely be back
Freshly refurbished hotel throughout, every room and facility has been updated. Great bar and restaurant with helpful staff. will defiantly re book if we are in the area again.
Attended for a wedding. The ballroom for functions was excellent, the perfect size, well decorated and with a good sized dance floor. Our room was perfect - whilst not huge, no space was wasted and we didn't feel cramped. Nice sized shower too which is always a plus, no bashing my elbows whilst washing my hair! Bed nice and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and professional and helped us with everything we needed. No complaints, I'd happily stay again :)

Staff were all absolutely excellent and the design is very good, but sound-proofing is poor and a very loud event in the function room below me kept me up very late.
Design of the rooms is a little under-baked with heavy bathroom doors that jam and leaky showers, clearly refurbished recently to a high standard but lacking forethought.
Breakfast is served pretty late in the morning compared to other hotels so business travel might be an issue for some. Price is fair for what you get.
Room was modern very clean and easily heated with large radiator.
Breakfast excellent and top marks for the young chap that served me sorry didn't get his name
Stunning hotel, very clean staff were very polite and helpful, would have liked to see a double mattress on the bed instead of two single, still got a great sleep
The hotel was tastefully decorated and had a relaxed atmosphere. There was ample parking and the staff friendly and very helpful with lovely Scottish accents.High praise to the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail. The food was excellent with a hearty choice at breakfast that would have fed you for the day. Location was excellent with an easy 20min drive to the city centre or take a 5 min walk to the train station. This will be my first choice of hotel when visiting Glasgow again.
The room was not hoovered. I found a hair grip in the floor when I first went into the room and on closer inspection the carpets had not been hoovered. Or at least hoovered adequately. Also the late night music was directly under my room.

Not suitable for seniors - no elevator or handle bars in bathroom. Otherwise very well appointed and modern renovation. Staff were very helpful. Access to a local laundry should be via the front desk and not by having to walk up the street and find the place and pick up etc. We are not as mobile as we used to be (80 ). Our nephew lives nearby hence we were staying locally. First night we dined late - the cook seemed more interested in talking to another guest and the Chicken Supreme was like blotting paper and minimal size. Too late to send back.
Otherwise later it was all ok.
