Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet. Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that may have been useful in the welcome document. It helped to open the windows and there was a small fan available. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Apartment was great. Spacious and comfortable. Everything needed for a short stay, including some milk, water, butter, biscuits, etc. only downside was that I paid extra to have a late checkout as I was in need of a rest but twice had housekeeping at the door, one person at 11am and another just after 12.

We had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment overlooking George’s Square. The kitchen bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and modern. Everything was on our doorstep.so close that if we needed to use the bathroom we just popped back to the room dropped off the shopping and went back out. Highly recommend.
