Great little suites very well located in the merchant city area – lots of pubs/cafes/restaurants etc nearby. The suite itself was great and had everything we needed. Showers were excellent. Free laundry facilities were an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly and always glad to help. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The shower and bath combo were great with lots of lovely hot water. The laundry suite was downstairs in the basement completely free of charge, just stop by the front desk for laundry soap. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We stayed in ‘deluxe’ suite on 1st floor. Has everything you need and well equipped little kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Bed a bug saggy and felt I was falling into middle! Great location for accessing stuff but it is in a bit of a party area. As others have said the soundproofing is not great, single glazed windows and also the noise of people seemingly getting their step count up at 11pm above us. Good value, friendly staff. Ask for 2nd floor room if you can.
