"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."

"We came for an over night stay. The a/c in the room was not working on a very hot day. We told the desk but the technician was not available since it was a Sunday.
