"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya.
The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you."

"Beautiful hotel with an incredibly polite and welcoming staff. The receptionist, Robbie (Rebecca), was outstanding and truly made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and if you book a water-view room with the mountains in the background, the scenery is absolutely surreal.
Although the hotel is located directly across from the train station and you can hear the trains, it didn’t bother my wife or me at all—the breathtaking setting more than made up for it.
