"Parking good, AC good. Room could have been a little cleaner particularly the bathroom."

"The rooms was full of roaches and the air was broken in the room we transfered to and roaches was in that room it was hard to sleep, relax or enjoy our stay there. Icemaker or vebding machine didn't work on our floor either. It was very disappointing after paying to stay there.i will never stay at another bestcwestern there was nothing best about it."

"Wonderful staff. Jim was a pleasure at the front desk. Prompt, quick check-in with full information on all policies, amenities, parking and services available. Breakfast was ready at 6:00 a.m. as promised, was hot, well prepared and lots of variety. Coffee is available 24/7. Check-out was literally 2 minutes. Highly recommend and would stay here again"

"While the room was clean, it was an issue to get towels. I had to take dirty towels down to the desk and then hear about how the hotel doesn’t have any, and that the guests are using too many from the staff. It was a complaint every time I asked for towels by the staff. The breakfast should not be labeled as continental. It was barely that with an oatmeal packet and a super dry mini muffin. If you’re looking for breakfast,you will be better off at another hotel or go to the gas station."

"Had to shower in freezing cold water for 2 nights and complained to staff but nothing was done to fix the issue. They came in, put their hand under the faucet and said the water would get cold this comes after me and my two bridesmaids already showered in cold water and decided this would not work for 2 more nights this made my wedding weekend kind of suck."
