"The hotel is so called 5 star hotel but I didn’t receive 5 star service. Basically no service at all. The staff are so racist. They saw my skin colour and they just ignored me like I’m not there. But they smile big and serve drinks if the customers are white. If you are Asian, please don’t come to this hotel. I’m sure you will regret. "
