"Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise, it will have to be a taxi to central. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall good stay."

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio - very unsafe."
