"GC14 is ‘basic’ in some ways and has minimal facilities (although rooms have the essentials) but it’s in a great location for exploring Palermo on foot or by bus and making day-trips elsewhere in Sicily. The very best thing about it is the young, friendly and efficient staff! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and they made us feel warmly welcome."

Poorly managed, false expectations created using photos, inaccurate location details that make it difficult to find, no one answers the phone, even though reception is "open" from 10-00am - 10.00pm. It goes on and on. It was so bad, I abandoned the property, loosing money but it was just terrible. Why Expedia support properties like this, defies logic!"
