"The Hotel food, roon condition, air conditioning all were worth my dime...however the Hotel is under renovation which is mentioned NO WHERE. No roof top access, no burger joint and for that I was not satisfied."

"Surrounding area of hotel is run down. Parking lot is small and tight and only allows for one vehicle per room. Outer parking is available but not safe. Room was okay but the door lock is unprofessional. You can see where they removed the previous knob and replaced with a new key entry but you’re not able to use your key. They give you a paper to program your door to open. Room smelled musty, shower wasn’t hot enough but we toughed it out for one night. You can spend less money at a Hilton with a better area and cleaner, organized stay. "

"The entire hotel is extremely nice! Almost every time I’m in Houston I stay here, and it’s yet to disappoint me! The staff is great, the ambience is even better, and the rooms are great! Love the rooftop feature as well. "

"Bathroom shower was broken and floor in bathroom was warped which made it awkward to walk on. "

"From the beginning of my stay all the way to the end was perfect. The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding. Overall, I would go back again because even the room was chefs kiss!!"
