"Spent 14 nights at this hotel in July & August 2025.
The hotel staff and facilities are listed as 3 Star, but I would rate them as 5 Star!
Everyone working at the hotel was lovely & helpful, with special mention to Leo and his breakfast superheroes.
Minor drawbacks were the small rooms and the hotel location, as its quite a distance away from Downtown Dubai.
The free shuttle bus to Dubai Parks & Resorts and the City Centre was excellent."
"Although it was a bit noisy with construction going on it was a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly specially Sampath, Surean and the breakfast chef. Food was excellent the breakfast chef went out of his way to get us Dates fruit. Overall it was a great hotel we will definitely visit again. "

"Am amazing experience. Exceptional staff, excellent hotel with fantastic facilities; great food. Great views; Staff that always went above and beyond. They were quite decent in sending a message beforehand to warn there was some renovation going on so o decided to reduce my stay and spend the rest of the tome at Madinat Jumeirah, however if there was renovation going on, there was no sight or sound of it, so now i wish i had stayed longer. Absolutely perfect hotel "

Around the area doesn’t look the best but it’s perfectly tidy and safe and is 10 mins walk to JBR and the beach
The hotel itself inside is gorgeous
Everything is pure quality
The marble rooms were my fave having old world charm about it
Huge bathrooms, comfy bed, wonderful service from the staff also
Not the hotels fault but only downside was there is no real view because of construction happening but it’s very quiet inside
Also didn’t use the pool as when I went it was so very busy
