"My stay at Jewel Zamalek Hotel was overall pleasant and fair for its category. It’s an older hotel and not a 5-star property, but it’s also far from being a bad or poor hotel. I would consider it a solid mid-range option.
The cleanliness was good, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were very good—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is not 5-star, but it is good and appropriate for the hotel’s standard.

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, on check in we were given 2 large single beds despite our booking being for a Double Bed and Double Sofa Bed. I’d like to think this was a mistake but it also happened on check in at the Novotel Cairo Airport. The issue was fixed when we went back to reception and showed them our booking confirmation. The WiFi worked okay in reception but was almost non existent in the room, such a shame for a lovely modern hotel to lack WiFi in 2023. In the room the shower...
