"I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore and would rate it a full 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The front office team deserves special mention- Dylan was a star! And not to forget Catherine- she was also amazing! They were very hands-on, attentive, and made the entire check-in feel so welcoming. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. Dylan was always so helpful and ready to help me and amma plan the day! the friendly attitude of the staff made a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The warm service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.
