Only stayed 1 night was supposed to stay 3. Roach in room, overly filthy dust vents and urine noted on wall under sink. Attempted to check out Friday morning and front desk told me they couldn't check me out early. Showed her the pics. Still charged for the full 3 days.

The room was very dirty. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed how dusty the kitchen and one of the bedrooms were. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain. The living room has definitely seen better days, and all the doors had dirty handprints on them. ...

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair was on the bedsheets and in the sink. Ice machine didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and food was all on the floor outside my room.
