"First the greeting from Leslie was top tier. He was so helpful, so kind & more importantly he was very respectful. I had so issues with my card. He was very patient while the issue got resolved even with a lobby full of waiting patrons he waited on me. After my issue was resolved I saw he moved on to the next person with ease and grace once again. I will definitely be back to this location & I hope he is there to check us in & out! He is a great access to this establishment! "

"Very lovely hotel that we just discovered. It was like a luxury botique hotel where the staff treated guests like loving family. We loved all the details that really upgraded our stay.
