"Very clean rooms, staff are very friendly and breakfast was excellent. "

"Joyce at the front desk was awesome & the bed was amazingly comfortable, but that was the only positives. There was peanuts on the carpet at the edge of the bed & the bathroom floor had debris on it. There was mold around the tub & there was visible water leaks behind the toilet. The interior was in desperate need of a remodel. It was not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was not great! We had our pet, so there were few choices with the weekend being so busy in Oxford. The hotel grounds were extremely dirty. Our room was not clean and smelled of marijuana. The front desk help was very nice. "

"Parking is tight AC was mediocre. The bed was clean, but sink wouldn’t drain, and shower wouldn’t turn on. Had to use ice bucket to shower with water from faucet. "

"The price I paid for a room at a hotel being renovated and under construction was ridiculous. Room was dated so I hope they remodel that one. Staff was not great. People working the breakfast area looked like they wanted to be anywhere else. Bad experience for 250.00. Honestly a rip off. "
