They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks."

There were stains on the carpet and paint peeling in numerous places. The bed was clean and comfortable though, and that's all we cared about for this stay. The staff was very nice too."
